WonderScan Terms of Service

1. Acknowledgement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "End-User") and ScuddyTech OÜ, located at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Vesivärava tn 50-201, 10152, Estonia. By downloading, installing, or using WonderScan ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and ScuddyTech OÜ only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). ScuddyTech OÜ, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
2. Scope of License
The license granted is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. Maintenance and Support
ScuddyTech OÜ is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support.
4. Warranty
ScuddyTech OÜ is responsible for any product warranties. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
5. Product Claims
ScuddyTech OÜ, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, ScuddyTech OÜ, not Apple, will be solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge.
7. Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited list.

9. Third Party Terms
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App (e.g., wireless data service agreements).
10. Third Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
11. Additional Terms
- You may not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.
- Use is for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- We may terminate your license at any time for violation of these Terms.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScuddyTech OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
- We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Subscriptions
WonderScan offers an optional monthly auto-renewable subscription ("Premium Subscription") that provides access to premium features such as encrypted cloud backups, unlimited exports, advanced trading tools, and priority support.
- Pricing and Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID. The current price is $3.95 and displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via Apple ID settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: All payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
- No Partial Refunds: There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
- Price Changes: We may change subscription fees with prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new price.
